功效：
清熱潤肺、除燥清熱、鎮咳祛痰、滋潤及增強肺部。

配料：

蜜棗、有皮南杏、花旗參、貝母、海底椰片、北杏。

用法：
1） 先將所有材料以清水洗凈及略浸後備用
2） 將適量瘦肉以清水洗凈及出水後備用
3） 加入8碗清水煲至水滾，把所有材料放進煲內，
　　以慢火煲約2-3小時
4） 加適量鹽調味，即可飲用
